Yes - our Heartway scooters are designed for both indoor and outdoor use including non marking grey tyres that come as standard on most of our scooters.
Yes with some conditions, it is not recommended to take out your scooter on very wet days or through long wet grass. Care should also be taken to drive around or slowly through large puddles.
Only to cross the road, the scooter is a "pedestrian mobility device" and is intended for use on footpaths whenever possible.
Yes, Heartway scooters are equipped with sealed lead acid batteries designed for indoor use and as they are electric, there is no risk of dripping oil.
Generally you can count on 20-25Kms to be safe, but this depends on conditions like terrain, weather conditions, rider’s weight and age of the batteries. Your manual will give more information, or feel free to contact us on 0800 002 884.
This is depends on how often they are charged and how you use your scooter but generally they should last one to three years if they are charged and used properly. Your scooter must be fully charged after every use.
No license is required to use your scooter and as an aid we provide you with the very helpful "Keeping Mobile" booklet on how to use your Heartway scooter safely.

No problem, if you have our AA Roadside Service package you just call the AA and they will come and get you and your scooter home safely. Then phone your local agent to arrange to have your scooter looked at.
