Hi there, my name is Gary Holtslag and I'm the local Canterbury agent for the quality Heartway Brand. My company is Freedom Scooters and I chose this name as our robust, reliable, comfortable scooters give Freedom and mobility back to our customers. It's a real personal pleasure to be able to supply these scooters which are able to give so much independence and quality of life back to all sorts of people.

I believe in providing the best scooter for each customer's needs and always give each customer a thorough handover process to ensure that they know everything they need to in order to operate their scooter correctly and safely… for more info read below.

I'm also always readily available for any questions or concerns that they may have as I personally sell and service them so you'll always be dealing with the same person. Good old fashioned friendly, honest, approachable service is what people deserve and that’s what I pride myself on giving.

For those with a disability and lack of funds, I am able to assist with applications for community funding for a new scooter. I also offer financing for those who wish to pay off their scooters. I also have Second hand and rental scooters available.

I have a Mobile Showroom and offer free home demonstrations which make it easy and convenient for the viewing and test riding on our scooters. My demonstrations are a free, enjoyable, no obligation service and I come to your place at a time that’s convenient to you.
